I am a Downeast girl through and through. I was raised, and continue to live, in Steuben; I attended Ella Lewis Elementary, and graduated from Sumner in 2001. I became a Navy wife and moved around the country for several years. I returned to Maine in 2009 and back to college in 2014. I have a bachelor's degree from UMA and a master's degree from Norwich University. I have four children, two graduated from Sumner, and two are still in school here at CMSLC. History is my jam and I absolutely love teaching it!
