If a student is going to miss school because of a family trip or some other planned absence, they must come to the office and get a planned absence form and have it signed by all of their teachers, parents, and principal prior to going on the trip. Once the absence has been approved by the principal, the absences will be considered excused. Failure to do this prior to being absent will result in the absences being unexcused.
