We have lots going on in the month of April.
Hi All Juniors!
Just a quick reminder that April 2 you will all be taking the Science Augmentation Assessment during periods 1-4. Please get a good night sleep, have a good breakfast and be ready to go when the first bell rings. Along with me, Mrs. Long, and Mrs. Burr have your room testing schedules. Please do not bring your phones or anything with you besides pencils. Snacks and water provided.
The following week, April 9th, you will all be taking the SAT. It is important to remember to again get a good night sleep, a good breakfast, arrive on time, leave your cell phone at home, in car, in your locker, or Mrs. Domagala will lock it up for you in her room. Look up through Collegeboard what an acceptable calculator is; or check with Mr. Lord, and he will guide you in the right direction. Snacks and water provided.
Good luck in the next couple weeks, and remember to take all testing seriously. These are required state exams that evaluate our student's performance in science, English and math against other schools in the state. The data collected from these exams contributes to our overall school's evaluation from the state. Also, the data collected from these assessments is used to inform our programming. It is also important for college admission and scholarships, as well as job/career placements!
Quarter 3 ends April 12th. Report cards will be mailed home the week of April 22nd.
April 13th there is a Clean Up Sullivan Day from 8-1:00. See Mr. Thurlow for details! This is a great way to earn community service!
