Bethany graduated from Nichols College with her B.S. in Business Administration in 2014. She earned her MBA from Nichols College in 2015. After a career in Human Resources, she decided to pursue her love of teaching. She took her teaching courses at the University of Maine at Machias and began her teaching career in 2020 at Sumner Memorial High School. She is currently a math teacher at SMHS, the co-advisor for the class of 2024, and is taking classes towards her M.S in Education with a focus on School Counseling.
