Biography
Hello! My name is Juliana Wilson. I recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, along with minors in English and Psychology at Baruch College in New York City. Throughout my education, I developed a passion for environmental science, ecology, and helping others understand the world around them. In early 2026, I moved to Maine from New York City, and was excited to pursue my goal of becoming a science teacher, and I’m thrilled to begin my first year at Sumner Memorial High School. I believe that learning is most meaningful when people feel supported, curious, and confident enough to ask questions. I strive to create a classroom where students are engaged, think critically, and make connections between science and their everyday lives. Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, reading, creating music and art, and learning more about nutrition, health, and the natural world!
